1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flowdesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Flowdesk provides time tracking, productivity analytics, and invoicing tools via a desktop application and web dashboard. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person per account — shared or bot accounts are not permitted

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
  • Upload malicious content or use the Service to distribute malware
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Polar)
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Data and privacy

Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we protect it.

Flowdesk tracks keystroke counts only — we never record what you type. Screenshots are opt-in and can be disabled at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Flowdesk. You retain ownership of all data you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The desktop app works offline and syncs when connectivity is restored. We are not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our control.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flowdesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
